Wholemeal flour, coconut, baking powder

Allergy advice: Contains wheat. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts and sesame.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sun. Once baked, store in an airtight container and use within 5 days or you can freeze until needed.

Baking Instructions:

What you need:

• 75 g coconut oil (or other oil, butter or ghee)
• 100 ml coconut milk – can substitute for regular milk or even water if preferred
• 3 eggs
• 150 ml water
• lined cupcake or baking tray
• For the ‘snowy’ topping (*optional):
• 1 teaspoon of cream cheese or Greek yoghurt per snowball
  

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C /160°C degrees (fan) – Gas 4
2. Add all of the ingredients, except water, into a bowl and mix thoroughly
3. Slowly add & mix in the water a little at a time until
4. batter is formed
5. Divide the mix into 12 cupcake cases
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until light golden brown
7. Leave to cool
8. *Coat each snowball with a teaspoon of cream cheese or Greek yoghurt

It may be fed at any time of day as a treat, reward, or tasty addition to your dog’s main meal. Supervise your dog when giving them treats. Clean, fresh drinking water should always be available. For yourdog’s health, respect the feeding guide and exercise daily.

Small dogs (1-10kg) = 1/2 snowball a day.
Medium dogs (10-24kg) = 1 snowball a day.
Large dogs = (25kg and above) 1- 2 snowballs a day.
