Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Delivery Coverage:

We provide delivery services across all seven Emirates. Please note that products may be delivered by a third-party courier for your convenience.

Delivery Charges:

Orders of AED 500 and above are delivered free of charge (except to Remote Areas*)

Orders of under AED 500 are subject to delivery charges as follows:
Dubai: AED 20
Sharjah & Ajman: AED 25
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al-Khaimah and Umm al-Quwain: AED 50

Delivery to Remote Areas* (all Emirates) AED 75
*Remote Areas are locations described as ‘out of city limits’ or ‘remote’ by our third-party


Delivery Timeframe:

Within Dubai & Sharjah our goal is to deliver within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your order. In some cases, same-day delivery may be possible for that extra touch of promptness.

Our delivery schedule is as follows:
Monday: Dubai, Sharjah, Hatta
Tuesday: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah
Wednesday: Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah
Thursday: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain
Friday: Dubai, Sharjah

*This schedule is subject to change based on operational needs, availability and unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to communicate any changes in a timely manner


Acceptance at Delivery:

Orders must be physically accepted at the specified delivery address, either by you or your nominated representative. In the event that no one is available, and we leave your order unattended outside your door, it will be considered delivered to you and all associated risk and responsibility will pass to you.

Rejected Delivery:

If a delivery is rejected by you or someone in your household, an additional delivery charge of AED 35 – AED 75 will be required before re-delivery is attempted. If your delivery is rejected again, the order will be cancelled with no refund applicable.

Collection Option:

For those who prefer collection, orders can be collected exclusively from BarkPark Dubai premises.

Perishable Goods Notice:

It’s crucial to recognise that fresh/frozen products are perishable. Upon delivery, it becomes your responsibility to ensure proper storage according to our recommendations. We are not accountable for any products that spoil due to inadequate storage after delivery or collection.

Customer Satisfaction and Product Concerns

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges:

We take product quality seriously. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your items, you have the option to return them for a refund, replacement or exchange, provided they meet eligibility criteria.

Return Guidelines: To initiate a return, ensure the goods are in their original, unopened and undamaged condition and return the items within 14 days of purchase to our premises, with your proof of purchase. Upon meeting the return criteria, we’re happy to process a refund, replace or exchange the eligible items.

Cancellation of Order

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before their scheduled delivery date. To cancel, please contact us via email or phone, note that we do not accept cancellations via social media channels.

If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice you can cancel and reschedule the delivery without incurring any charges. If you choose a refund please be aware that a payment processing fee of 3.5% is applicable.
